With a BA Hons Degree in Graphic Design and Advertising from Bucks Uni in hand, I've spent over 15 years in the creative industry. From agencies in Scotland to London and the south coast. Thinking and writing for everywhere that words meet an audience.

An inspiration magpie, I have a go at anything (almost). I keep things fast-paced whether running or getting out on two wheels. As you’d expect, to slow down I always have a few books on the go.
